About Us

WHAT WE DO

As experienced professionals, we are aware of the debilitating effects of mental illness on the lives of families, especially when they are not in receipt of adequate support. By ensuring sustainable health and wellbeing for individuals, their families, and communities, we encourage person-centred services. We create and provide programmes that offer high-quality care and support, by addressing the identified gaps in service provision.

Our services help people to live independently, access information, support, and the care they are entitled to, as well as empowering them to comprehend and exercise their rights with regards to hospital and GP appointments, shopping, hospital discharge, and cleaning. We also offer a variety of informal activities that enable adults of all ages to feel secure and safe by remaining physically and mentally active, reducing social isolation by building on their strengths and abilities, focusing on what the person can do and what we do to support them.

We support with a range of health and wellbeing initiatives to maximise the independence of adults of all ages affected by mental health and disabilities. These include activities to keep people physically and mentally well and active such as walking in the park, creative arts, and healthy eating as examples.
